    Kids Company is a daycare center in Waukee/Urbandale. Earlier this month, they brought two busloads of kids to sing for residents of Legacy Pointe. It was a truly wonderful morning for residents! They love hearing the kids sing Christmas carols.

    Community Life Director, Ashley, loves to bring her French bulldog, Gigi into work. The residents love reminiscing about the days when they owned dogs and enjoy the opportunity to interact with a dog again. Residents in The Springs get the opportunity to spend some one-on-one time with Gigi and help brush her fur. Gigi sure loves all the attention!

Christmas Carols by Kids Company of Waukee Bring Holiday Cheer

Active Aging Week

September 23rd through September 29th was Active Aging Week.  The Village at Legacy Pointe celebrated by hosting various activities for the residents to showcase that being active does not have to be restricted by your age or ability level! Check out some of the fun stuff we did this week!
